How to reload banner image at runtime??

Is Setup Factory 7.0 could reload top/side banner image at runtime??How to do it?

Do you mean the images in the screens of the built install? The only place to change the screens is in the design environment. Once the install is built these screens are static

A feature of changing an image on a screen would be a nice addition especially during a progress screen. SUF seems limited in this area and in multimedia in general.
