Does anyone else remember when back in the 80's ( ) some of the programming mag's had sorta-bar-coded pages in their magazines? You could use a nifty little scanner to convert the bar codes into a program. There was also some scheme, this time I think it was in the 90's, where you could read a bar car on some advertisements...

One of those japanese crazes in the early 90's. I remember there was a can of soup that created a really powerful monster. Weird things I remember
