Why Doesn't Modify Registry work????

Why can I not modify the registry? I believe everything is set properly.

This is the current settings:

[HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\MSHP\CurrentVersion\Po rtal]
"CurVer"="3.6"
"Name"="MSHP Forms Portal"

This is how I set up the dialog in Setup Factory 6.0:

Registry Action: Set Value
Main Key: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE
Sub Key: SOFTWARE\MSHP\CurrentVersion\Portal
Value Name: CurVer
Value Type: REG_SZ
Value Data: 3.6.1

When I build it and test it out, it does not change anything.

Any reason why it is not working right?????

I think is because for some reason my registry for it is locked down.
