AVI files does not work when I use Web/Email Executable

Hi I need Help.

my project works fine in a preview mode ( AVi files work fine) , but when I publish with the option Web/Email executable , the AVI files do not run well, the ams file only shows a black screen where the Avi file must appear. The other objects works fine, only the AVI files do not work or not run.

make sure the Avi files are in the folder whether you want to play.
