    Firefox was driving me crazy.

Just in case it's of interest to anyone. Until a couple of days ago Firefox kept crashing on me without any discernible pattern. To cut a longish story short, it was an old extension that was incompatible that had been disabled by the installer when version 1.5 installed. After actually uninstalling the extension Firefox has been rock solid again thank goodness - can't surf without tabs now for some reason

    Hi,

Eventhough Latin linguas are much simpler, I'll take up Arabic and Mandarin. Both linguas are getting more economically important nowadays.

I also believe English ranks up there pretty good on "hard to learn".

But, with so many countries communcating more and more in English... it's worthwhile to work to perfect (which I'm a long way off from and I'm from the English speaking world) one's undestanding, implementation of such.

That must be true given the number of people I come across for whom English is the 'mother tongue' but who are unable to use it correctly - sometimes it's enough to make a pedant want to cry
