    I've used WinMerge for a few years now and love it.

    I also use SubVersion for source control and so I use Tortoise SVN / TortoiseMerge as well and both are very easy to use to find code changes.

    This sounds like an upgrade in the making for TJ-TIGGER's offering way back
    .

    I use WinMerge in TOGETHER with TJ Tigger's AMScodeviewer, and this combination really Rocks,
