How does one insert a bullet in a paragraph object?

Press and hold the alt key, then press 0149.

Thanks for posting the list. It's a great resource. When I used the alt key along with the row of numbers at the top of the key board it did not work. It did, however, work when I set the numlock to "on" and used the number pad on my keyboard.
