    Photo browser

    Do we have a dynamic photo broswer around here some where?? I could have bet my life there was one floating around but I can't find it.

    Geez, I have seen several over the years myself. Do a search for slide show (slideshow?).
    With AMS 6.0 and the thumbnail plugin, it's easy to make one.
    If you are interested, here is a little example that can be modified.
    I am masking the project window AND the thumbnail object. The list box is for the folders (multi) that the images are in, and the thumbnail is to browse the chosen folder images.
    It is a little project i am working on to give the user a way to change the user's pic in XP, and browse a bunch of images that will be on the cd.
    And I was thinking of using it to create some product catalogs in another project.
    Anyway, try it out if you are interested.

    To me, the thumbnail object never quite lived up to my expectations...now, I just use HTML instead....some of the new gallery templates in Photoshop CS2 are pretty slick.

    For example, http://www.northstarmultimedia.com/nyc05/

    This format easily fits in any window.

    Just my .02c.
