Setup extracting error in win98

Hey dears....i got SUF v6.0 last monthn found very useful but when i ran the installer made by it in windows98 it gave me an error:
The error is:
"Could not extract files.data segmant length error"

I did re-install SUF6.0 n my win98 but the error lasts.
I came to know about this, perhaps anybody help me and i'm going to install SUF 7.0 n hope that it'll work fine but my project is built in SetupFactory 6.0

You will have to convert your actions but so far this is the only fix we have found, IndigoRose I assume they have never reproduced it, so they dont have an answer, off the top of my head this is the first time I have know it to happen in win98, is this machine part of a Domain?

Thanks alot for replying. Actually when i posten my request i was not sure that anybody'll reply it or not but now i'm vey glad.
Sir as u asked that my PC is the part of a Domain, infact i'm not sure about this kind of techinque but i inform u my installer symptoms again clearly.
Actually i installed SUF 6 in win98 n i didn't change any thing else n they remained as "by-default".
And after making a setup the error occured as follows:

When i clicked on setup.exe,setup starts and "intializing Screen" appears and after it an error appears as "Could not find data segmant" and a cpation of "OK". After clicking ok another error comes "Could not extract support files-setup will abort" and then setup aborts.

As far as concerned about my systme, i've P-III 128 Mb RAM and a fresh copy of windows 98 and that of SUF 6.0 and also that this system was not connected to any external connection e.g Internet, Intranet, LAN etc...
Again thankx for help but now i'm sure that i must a solution for it.
