I searched for a way to have the app toggle "always on top" and couldn't find a specific answer. I am sure that it has been discussed tho, even as far back as release of 5.0.
I fooled around and came up with this apz.
There is script on project on show, and all page on show's. And on the little images I made for the pin.
This will set it across each page that is desired to be on top.
I didn't make the pin images transparent, but probably will later.
Is this the right way to do this or is there a way to do this globally?
