Lets build a card game!

I have all the graphics and rules but know nothing about tables.

Here are the rules and one suite to show you what they look like.

Rules:
Deal 4 cards to each player. To the middle of table put one card face up, rest of deck face down. Follow up suit or numbers of cards. If the player before you places a skip card, you loose your turn. If the player before you places a seven (7) card You must take two cards from the pile. If you also have a seven in your hand the next player must take four cards and so on. If you don't have any cards to follow up suit or numbers, you have to take one card from the deck, but if you have a wild card you may change the game suit to any one you wish. Your goal is to get rid of all the cards you have in his hand. You win and YOU call PRSI (PURSHEE).
