I was writing an installer that would allow the user to select which files he/she wanted which would then download them from the net using the "Download from HTTP" action. This works great and it allows you to enter proxy details. I decided to try and put some error checking in and use the "Check internet connection" feature. My problem came as although the downloading files option allows the proxy settings to be entered, the check internet connection does not allow proxy settings to be entered. So much for trying to be careful.
