I think it's great to have online reference. I am currently rewriting all of our software documentation and we intend to publish it online as well. I would love to see more companies post their software documentation this way.
BTW, is this done with RoboHelp? I'm currently using Help & Manual 4.

The IR help docs are a pretty good standard to go by, I reckon![]()
even better if end users actually read-access-use them too
(for those that can read- the language it was written in..of course)
