    Star Upgrade from 4.0 to 4.0.0.2

    Computer crashed, and I reinstalled 4.0, entered the serial and key, then re downloaded the 4.0.0.2 update....now its asking me for the serial and the key again. Soooooo, I enter it but now it rejects it. Any thoughts?

    Please email support@indigorose.com with all of your contact information as well as your invoice number from when you purchased the product and they will help you resolve this problem.
