Full Screen Slide Show how to?

Hello people I have a project that needs to show the main screen in full screen. I will like to know if is posible that every window could be in full screen without any borders and if it could be on top of everything including the task bar. I have a demo from a photographer that it covers the entire screen even if im using any display setting at the desktop. Could this be posible using AutoPlay 5.0 Pro? Thanks to everyone

My best guess would be to develop the app at 800x600, then use the ResMaster DLL from www.icynorth.com to change the monitor resolution to 800 X 600 when the app launches, then change it back at the end.

But remember that changing a monitor resolution is sometimes frowned upon

I personally don't mind as long the app changes it back to where it belonged.
