Newbie: Create nested shortcut menus

I need to create a nested shortcut menu within my start menu for the application I'm creating, something like

Start > Programs > AppFolder > SubFolder1
Start > Programs > AppFolder > SubFolder2
Start > Programs > AppFolder > SubFolder3
Start > Programs > AppFolder > SubFolder4

I've been reading on the Forums and it mentions specifying a Custom location for each of the files which sounds ideal, but I'm not to sure what I actually put in for Custom location, what is the correct syntax?
