Is anyone currently using Skype? If so, do you enjoy, recommend, or strongly dislike it? Reasons?

Hey Intrigued,
I am using Skype and I positively LOVE it!!
Ease of use
VERY good sound quality
Some addons for video too

I am using it privately for VoIP and also, in my college for distant learning setup.

I am now looking into moving to SkypeOut and hooking my telephone lines in my home via Skype.
