Silent but still showing in the taskbar?

Hello, I unchecked all of the options but I can still see the program popping up and then disappearing on the taskbar, and its sort of distracting so is their anyway to make it completely silent? Thanks.

With TrueUpdate 2.0 you can choose from a variety of options for the taskbar icon, including visible, hidden or system tray.

There is no way to do this with v1.0.

Sorry I didn't mean the icon, I meant the section on the bottom that has names of running programs. It has my updater come up and then vanish when its done. Theirs no way to prevent that?
