Change Resource Data folder name from "Autoplay"

I remember in studio 4 you could change the default folder that the published projects resources were saved to. It used to be called "DATA" by default. Now in Studio 5 it is called "Autoplay".

Obviously when I rename it after the build I get the error "Could not find data folder"

Is there anyway that I can change the default folder name?

Sorry if this has already been answered. I searched but could not find.

    Thank you for any help

When publishing to a HDD folder, check the box "Rename Resource Files" just above the BUILD button. You can then change the name of the folder in the Input field provided.

Hi. This a feature in AMS 5.0 Professional Edition added Feb. 27, 2004:

    http://www.indigorose.com/files/ams5...pro_readme.htm

To use it you just go to PROJECT PUBLISH then choose "Hard Drive Folder" and press next, you should see a checkbox named "Rename Resource Files" where you can set the name.

    re:

Nope. After choosing hard drive and then clicking next... here is what I have:

    Target: Hard Drive Folder
    Output Folder:
_____________________________Browse --currently the location of my exe
    Executable Filename:
    _____________________________ --currently just koadbin.exe

    Options:
    _ Enable AutoPlay Feature --unchecked
    _ Timestamp Files --unchecked

    back build cancel help

That is almost an exact redrwal of my screen.
    Verry strange huh

Hi. In AutoPlay Media Studio Professional edition 5.0.0.4 and higher you will see this feature. If you don't see it, you might be running a different version. This feature is not, to the best of my knowledge, available in earlier or Standard versions as per the readme file linked to above. Hope that helps.

Yes it does help. I guess I will just have to upgrade. I am away from home with dreaded Dial up. I realy dont want to download a 30 MB file but oh well. I guess Ill let it go over night. I hate Dial UP. At least I got a solution!

    Thanks for all your help!
