Combo Box Page Jump between 3 pages

Can anyone assist with the Combo Box plug-in.
I would like a simple drop down menu of say 3-4 items, which should then jump to the associated page, using my own text descriptions in the dropdown box, seems like a simple thing but I cant get my head round this !!
(hangs head in shame!!)

So far all i can do is get it to jump between two pages using one of the examples someone kindly posted.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.. Thankyou

Thanks again Derek... Great example, amazing how simple things are when you have an example to work from, not sure how long it will take me to learn the code, I think I been to use to WYSIWYG programs but it is making sense. Superb thanks again.
