opening multiple word documents

HI,
I just started trying out your program and am extremely impressed so far. I looked at the Faqs but still have a few general questions.
Most of my work will be in hebrew. What I am preparing looks fine on my computer. Will the fonts I use be attached to the run file so that others will see it as I prepared even if they don't have the same hebrew fonts as I do installed on their computer?
If from my main screen I have quite a few links to different word documents, is there any way that when I open a "second" doc, the first one will close, so that there won't be lots of word files open at once?

The fonts that you use in your menu will be included with the re-distributable and temporarily installed while the menu is running.

As far as the Word documents go, no there is no way to force one instance to close down before opening the next.
