My installer is opening a page on completion depending which language is detected. I retrieved the language IDs from language_map.xml but noticed that bot Traditional and Simplified Chinese both have the same number (4).

Is this an oversight?

Otherwise how can the correct language be displayed?

The language map also cites Arabic as being the secondary language for Traditional Chinese and Bulgarian as the secondary language for Simplified Chinese.

Surely this can't be correct?
