Ethernut

I ran across a cool thing today. It is the Ethernut board. It is an onpen source hardware and software project that allows you to create simple, stand-alone network appliances. Here is a description from one of the distributors:

"Egnite's "Ethernut" is a tiny, low-cost Ethernet board for attaching custom hardware directly to a network. It is a full Internet node build on a standard, half-sized Euroboard."
