Obtaining a replacement copy of the commercial installer.

I've managed to lose my copy of TrueUpdate commercial. I own several licenses (4 or 5 at this time) but we only ever kept one copy. Unfortunately that was kept on a Linksys Gigadrive and was recently deleted. Since it was on the Gigadrive I haven't been able to find a way to retrieve the file.

How can I go about re-obtaining a copy of the installer? The username and password I have in the original email to download it no longer works. (Of course. I did not expect it to but thought I'd better try. )
