Version 5 import of V3 Projects

I don't see an option in the current AM5 trial version to import AM3 projects ... am I going to have to completely rebuild all my projects? :mad:

Yep.

Or just keep building them with 3.0.

3.0, 4.0 and 5.0 will all happily coexist on a single system.

The good news is, 5.0 is worth it.
