Re-Adding "all files in directory"

I had two builds "current" and "last"
I found that the "last" actually was two diffferent versions; so I added a new build. I needed to 'refresh' all files in the original "last" build; so I did "add all files in directory" thinking it would only add "new" files -- but it added all the files a 2nd time.
