Cool I think that it is a BUG

Hi

I found these 5 annoying things...
1.When all things are set for testing and i compiled the patch it really doesnt work on that way i thought it would (see 2,3,4,5)

2.The file searching utility crashes. When you take all the settings off on general settings\key...\%ScrDrv% and %ProgramFiles%\ etc..
and when you replace the old ones with new paths the prog dont find the requested file.
i dont know why???
3.
When i tested the program 6 hours i realised that a project wizard would be quite nice for this program.
4.
Why the file searching utility always go to the windows\temp directory and starts search there?? i removed all the paths which includes windows\system or windows temp directories, and still i get that same result... it is a annoying habit =)
5.I have tested the prog now 3 days and i got one program patched succesfully.
all i had to do was give the full prog path it doesn't work %AppName% variables or version variables i dont know why.

hope this would help programmers...

Cya

Re: I think that it is a BUG

Hi,
Thanks for the Post, I have been testing this out and it appears to be working properly for me. Perhaps you could tell me exactly what you were doing in order to get the file search to fail.

mark.
