Updating on a daily basis, need help

I have been trying to look around the forum for a possible solution. I have found nothing. Hopefully someone here will be able to lend a guiding hand.

I have a product that I would need to update on a rather regular basis.

Lets say, user A updates when there is patch version 1.1, he's fine.

Problem comes when user B tries to update to version 1.20 from version 1.1. TU do not automatically download all 20 patches instead, the user need to run TU many times in order to be updated. What am I doing wrong here?
