Error when TU kicks off

I have been running TU for some time and this is the first time this error has occured.

Background: Windows 2000 Server

Error:

"Error: Access Violation at 0x00A62862 (tried to write to 0x00000000, program terminated)"

Any input appreciated - it appears only on this particular machine.

I have never heard of that problem. It could be a number of things. From that message I am not even sure that it is from the TU runtime. If you find out anything else, let me know.
