Anyone have any experience in kicking off True Update from an ASP page or VB Script?

Re: True Update from ASP
I have a web based/ASP app with a VB component at the core. It runs locally on users machines. There is a "Main Menu" on which I would like to kick off True Update each time the page is rendered. So I was just wondering if it could be done directly from ASP? By a call to the VB component? I am not a VB expert and was looking for a little guidance.

Re: True Update from ASP
That shouldn't be a problem. As long as the VB program is installed locally, you will be able to call TrueUpdate's executable file to kick off the update process. Look at your VB documentation for how to launch an executable from Visual Basic. You will want to run the Update.exe file generated by TrueUpdate's Client Configuration Utility.
