Cool SUF5 - shell operations

Two suggested improvements:

1. Make sure the setup screens stay on top as the active application. My installation calls for a program to be run from a floppy disk after installing - if setup is run from Windows Explorer (Windows 95), after the floppy disk program has run, the active screen is Explorer: the Finish screen of Setup sits behind this.

2. Any chance of a progress bar for files that are copied across as a shell operation?

Thanks for the suggestions.

As for the progress bar on shell operations, you may be able to consider using the "CD-ROM" tab for those external files. As long as you know what the files are called and they are available on either your "CD-ROM" or on the last disk of your floppy (basically a really small CD!), they are included in the installation progress.

Something to think of anyways.
