Command line build

I am sure I speak for many SUF users when I say that a command-line build option would be a real plus. As far as I am concerned that is the only feature of substance that InstallShield Lite has over SUF.

We've had a number of requests for automating the build process. It's something that we are seriously considering for a future release.
