Order and cut/copy/paste file records

• Please allow to order files manually (like packages for example). This would replace the order in which the files were added, so the "manual" order is displayed everytime a project is opened.
• Also it should be possible to cut/copy/paste file records, not only within but also across projects. Especially in combination with stevens suggestion this would be a great improvement.
