How can I make a Sub Shortcut Folder

Anyone know how to make a sub shortcuts folder?

e.g.
Just now I can only:
MYPROGS
I want to have a shortcuts folder:
MYPROGS\PROGRAMMING

You can create shortcuts in a subfolder using the Shortcut Icons tab on the System Editors screen.

If you create shortcuts using system editor,
how can you make the uninstall remove them and the shortcut folder?

The uninstall tab lets you delete shortcuts at uninstall by entering corresponding delete shortcut commands.
