Batch building .sf6 files

I see I can start SF6 with a file. Is there a command line option to make SF6 just do a build of the .sf6 file and exit ?

C:\>"C:\Program Files\Setup Factory 6.0\SUF60Design.exe" S:\Master\Setup\SetupFa

Never mind it appear that the "/B" option does a build.
