SF VS IS6 Pro

I am the unfortunate victim of a poor assumption. IS Express worked well and was easy to use. It would not work with VB6 however when I upgraded from VB5. I assumed that IS6 Pro would be better. Wrong! It has the worst manual in existance. Even worse than a MS manual if that is possible. I am trying to decide if I need to make an even greater investment in time and money to try to get IS6 to work or if I am better off switching to SF5 and counting my losses. I use VB6 Pro and CR8. Any opinions or war stories welcome.
