Adding Videos Locks Up Program
It seems when I try to add a video file to Autorun Max 2.0 Business Edition the program locks up. My only alternative is to hit ctr-alt-del and force quit. When I look at the AutoRun MAX! Projects folder for the project under CD_Root - AutoPlay-Video I see the video has been imported. However, if I go back in to add it from this directory it locks up again. I've tried both .avi and .wmv with a variety of sizes of files (6MB to 20MB) with similiar results. I'm right in the middle of a project and need this resolved. BTW - I downloaded trial version of AutoPlay Media Studio 7 with same results.

Hello,
it looks like the videos are using some unsupported format. Do you get the same result if you insert the "magnolia.mpg" demo file? Ulrich |

Adding Videos Locks Up Program
Does the same thing with sample. I tried it on my desktop at home and seemed to work ok. On my notebook, Alienware AREA-51 M9750 running Windows Vista Ultimate w/ 4GB RAM and 500GB hard drive, dual NVidia GeForce 8700M GT video cards. Since my notebook is my primary computer for created it is imperative that it work on this system. BTW all drivers are up to date.

Hello,
I would advise you to update/reinstall Windows Media Player. Autorun MAX! relies on the ActiveX component of the player for playback of videos, and for some reason, this component seems to be damaged or some required file is missing. Ulrich |
