Client crash on WinXP Pro SP3

A customer of ours is seeing our client executable crash with Filter=GRABMI_FILTER_PRIVACY in the dump file. Has anyone else seen this?

I'm not finding much when searching through 8,800 Google results.

Have them disable virus scanners. if that doesn't "do it" then try setting the video card to a generic "vga" card (not the mfg specific drivers).

I haven't been able to recreate this issue. A customer was seeing this failure on more than one machine.

We've since lost touch with that customer and have added notes to try this if someone else sees this issue.
