Failure to update ...
I updated a trueupdate client -- however, when the client checks the server, it doesn't seem to be updating itself (I changed client side scripts as well as server side scripts)
It doesn't update the .dat file... I am administrator.. but no .ts? files are downloaded/saved. I'm confused as to what's going wrong -- I keep getting a "failed to download" on the client side... The files are there; I even packet-sniffed and it does download binary data.... If I download the files manually; they check out as valid files... (ie: the server isn't timing out.) Any thoughts? |

Solved
Sometimes -- just writing out the problem yeilds a solution.
This just had a pause inbetween writing and the solution being so obvious. Theproblem was the client changed the GUID/Encryptionkey -- so the files were not usable... |
