Download Server Timeouts
We are using HTTP.Download action to download a fairly large file (about 80 MB). The server that the files are is a dedicated server for that purpose.
With trueupdate we have gotten a lot of download failure. It looks like its going great and then all of a sudden download error screen pops up and we have to restart. I was wondering if there is any parameters I can control to have the download work better. Any suggestions on how to make it work better is welcome. Saurav |

the 4th parameter is the timeout setting.

I have been getting the same results with either big or small timeout value. I saw the docs said that the fourth param is Initial connection setup timeout. But what I have been experiencing is that the download goes really fast for a while and the connection seeems to great and all of a sudden, the download failed screen comes up. I found that to be quite odd.
Any suggestions? |
