Burned CD file does not show background image
When I burn a cd of my autorun Max creation the background image doesn't show up!
I can send the file to a folder on my computer and the image shows up just fine but not when I send it to a cd! Does anyone know I'm not doing? I burned files yesterday with my trial version and it worked fine but now that I bought the commercial software today the program doesn't transfer the background image! Edit/Delete Message |

Hello,
I would advise you to shorten the name of the folders and the background image, to 8.3 characters at most, like "FOLDER01\IMAGE001.JPG". If the issue remains, please open a support request. Ulrich Last edited by Desmond; 12-09-2008 at 04:17 PM. |
