Hello,
we are distributing our software updates with visual patch. Now it happens to many users that the patch freeze during patching and you can only kill the process through the task manager. We need urgently help with this issue to find a workaround. Has anyone the same problems and maybe already a solution? We are using Visual Patch 3.0 and it happens on Windows XP SP3. Thanks, Chris Last edited by Christian Grunwald; 12-03-2008 at 04:45 AM. |

Can you provide more information about the project? For example, are you using the default scripts, or have you customized them at all? If so, how?
Are those users running any antivirus software? If so, try disabling it. For official support, please contact our support department which you can access through the customer portal.
