HTTPS problems connecting to server

Hello,
I am trying to setup a TrueUpdate program to check via HTTPS. When I use the appropriate credintials it gives me this error:

[11/04/2008 13:27:48] Error An error occurred when trying to download the server file. Server ID: TrueUpdate Server 1 : The requested URL was not found on the server. (3624)

Basically it is telling me it cannot find the appropriate files on the server. If I go there in the web address of Internet Explorer it works just fine so I know the files are there. I have tried not using credentialsand it opens a box for the username and password. I know the files are there and think it is just a problem with TrueUpdate. Thank you for your time.

I figured it out. It was just a matter of doing a little reading the error codes in the manual.....
