Question about Installation of SF

I like Setup Factory very much. But today I met with a problem about installation. I had received an error information which liked the picture shown below during the installation of SF. I want someone can help me to solve it. Thank you very much.

Ps:
My OS: MSXP with SP3, OS Language: Simplified Chinese.

Looks like it's a permissions issue in the registry.
