No log, but a log is created & left

I created an installer, and turned off log file creation.

However, in _ir_sf_temp_0 (or 1 or 2...)
A file is left behind "irsetup.log". The file has a size of 0 bytes.

Anyone else seeing this? It's not for all my installs, just some...
