Can you provide more information? based on my interpretation of you statement; it sounds like you are installing an installer for a component? if so -- ideally you would install just the files; not the installer, however, some eula's require you to use their installer -- so it all depends.

I would ask "why" since it already has an installer... but; a cleaner way is to install the files that it installed -- but then you're at a loss for what registry entries it makes; so the easier thing is to include the actual installer.

You probably need to check the EULA to see if you can even repackage the game...

let's roll back since this is more detailed that just "what do I put in"
  1. do you know what files it installs?
  2. are you legally allows to redistribute the files?
  3. do you know what registry entries it makes?
  4. what kind of installer is it (MSI/EXE)?
  5. can you shell out to the installer & run it silently?
  6. WHY do you want to make a new installer for a game?

if no registry entries and for personal use only; I'd just create an installer with the files themselves.
