Hello,
I am using SUF80 for a default server and software configuration and installtion. Basically I have serveral Installer executables that I have bundled into my SUF80 installer to be extracted to a preset directory structure. One of the directories I need to set as Shared (Read Only). I have also created a couple of drop-down selection lists in one of the SUF80 screens that allows the user to slect the State and Office ID. This gives me the information I need so that I know how to rename the server per our naming system. I then need to rename and reboot the server. I have both BAT and VBS script that can do all this but I haven't a clue how to call/run them during the SUF80 installation. The optimum solution would be if SUF80 could run these internally or send the command lines syntax directly to the Command Line (DOS Prompt). Any help or direction would be greatly appreciated. |

Have a look at the documentation for Shell.Execute(). This will do what you need.
