Windows CE Compatibility

I am currently in search of a 3rd party Auto-updater for one of our Windows Mobile device applications and I came across TrueUpdate.

I noticed TrueUpdate supports all Windows OS's, but being Windows CE is not your typical OS I figured I would raise the question. Is TrueUpdate also compatible for Windows CE?

The True Update runtime is not supported on Windows CE. Windows CE may be missing certain libraries that our application relies on
