RichText Object On Focus Event Fires Twice

Not sure if this has been reported before but it seems that the RichText Object's On Focus event fires twice. Once when it gets the focus and once when it loses the focus. What ever code you put in the On Focus event is executed when it loses focus also. An On Lost Focus eveny would be nice.
