Correct me if I am wrong
But Autoplay is primarily a gui of sorts for a cd...right? I need something that would allow me to compile a powerpoint presentation and 3 or 4 pdf into one downloadable file? So that similar to Autoplay, they could open this file and then have access to each of these files.
Any ideas?

AutoPlay can also produce self-extracting executables that do just that.
(Simply publish your a project as a "Web/email executable" in AutoPlay.)
